So I crashed it says that I can't join "Failed to compile sharder" What does that mean and how can it be fixed? Please help I want to play with my friends.

What browser are you using and what is the exact version?
If you open the browser's javascript console, the exact reason why the shader failed to compile should be logged there.

If the game isn't able to compile the shaders it uses, it won't be able to draw the graphics of the game.
