This is to hard for me, I don't know how to make a server. I want to make my own but I have no clue on how. is there a SIMPLE way to do it? or do you have to be like a NASA scientist to figure this out?

It is not a difficult thing to do. If you can't get it then you need to look more into Google or stop trying to own one. There are many tutorials in the web and almost every single one of us learned even though we knew nothing about it. We can't give you a step by step guide that meets your needs exactly. We aren't here to spoonfeed you.
