Everytime I join anything (server, start it) nothing will happend it will stuck in the loading screen as I believe please help I'm newbie here please Answer ASAP

No, it looks like a corrupted file that the client isn't detecting. Try going to the %appdata%.net.classicube.client\natives and \libs folder and delete everything in there and start the client again.
