Need Help with Joining servers!!!!

Please help anyone, when I try to join ANY server, even ones with other people on, I get this error: D:

The problem occurs here:

Line 27 of com.mojang.net.NetworkHandler:

'channel.connect(new InetSocketAddress(ip, port));'

Description of the problem (taken from the source code):

'You failed to connect to the server. It's probably down!'
