(nevermind this post. I didn't see the description of this forum. Also, before you go and ban me, where is the line between 'discussing bugs' and 'reporting bugs'? they sound really identical)

Discussing means they are just talking about it. Reporting is telling it to the dev team for them to fix it.

But if you post it here, you kinda tell it to everyone, don't you?
So if I come in and make a thread saying, "there's a bug with the green block, it's red", is that discussion or reporting?

reporting, but reguardless, you can report bugs by creating issues on the project's github page, and we'll look into it asap :P
