I gave up with the entire command line thing because it even after reading fragmer's post several times, it keeps returning errors and 'directory must be named' or whatever. So I just want to ask how to convert maps, once and for all. The basic command-line code from fcraft forums didn't help at all for me. Any help? Here you go: Map.fcm
And here is the command line I used MapConverter -r -e=FCMv3 "maps/" It converts all non .fcm files in the maps folder into .fcm files if applicable. You just have to put the *.bat file in the main folder where the fCraft .9xx map converter and map folder are and run it.
