all visitors to my server come from the same ip address?

I have a strange thing happening. When I do /info on a player it gives me info about him/her as usual but it also says last seen <whenever> from 10.0.0.1 45 accounts on ip: and shows a list of people including myself. I don't know where this started but I wonder if it might be something on the classicube launcher (I am switched to minecraft.net and pressing resume to get to my site) Is anyone else experiencing this? My problem is......if I ipban someone will I still be able to get on the server myself?

What software are you using?

It's an issue with your network router, most likely, as that's an internal IP usually used as the router's gateway IP.
