Like for example: [myserver]zombie survival (map:) <--- Where it says "Map:", right next to it, i want to know how you put a current map in the server.

Custom server software, specifically: Editing the server name when you send the heartbeat to classicube. Just like how my servers say their current uptime.

If you are using a personally custom coded software you should know how to. If you are just using a normal server, I am pretty sure there isn't a way to do that at the moment.

A server stays on the list if it sends a heartbeat within 4 minutes of its last sent heartbeat but I'm not completely sure what has to stay the same between heartbeats for it to be considered the same server.
