Am I disallowed to create a set of accounts to use as bots for servers that support the '/bot' command? Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm just curious and need to know as soon as possible.

Which server software is this for?
/bot commands are usually used to create fake entities. Are you asking if you can create accounts so you can use certain skins for these fake entities?

As long as you don't use the accounts for any sort of abuse, it's fine, but you should consider using a server software that allows you use CPE to set bot skins.
