64x64 skins are allowed
Acceptable skin sizes: 64x32, 64x64, 128x64, 128x128, 256x128, 256x256, 512x256, 512x512

Oops, my mistake, I thought that the original skin of the model steve was 32 x 32, was that it was 64 x 32 xD
