Converting .cw files

Does anyone know how I can convert .cw files to Premium Minecraft, or even just the good old .mine format? If not, anyone know how I can convert old mclawl .lvl files to Premium MC? I've been looking around for ages-- ClassiCube is one of my latest attempts of converting some old McLawl levels to Premium. But I can't seem to find anything, is this actually possible?

There's some good instructions here

I had issues with the latest version of MCEdit, so you may have to experiment with some older versions.

Edit: You can use the fCraft map converter from here to convert .cw maps to .lvl maps.

What's a .lvl file?

.lvl file is the map format used by MCLawl/MCForge servers. MCEdit used to support directly importing this format, but support was removed at some point.

It doesn't matter anymore, as the client can now save to .schematic files, which can still be imported into MCEdit.
