(Please Help!) OpenTK.dll is considered an unsafe file?

So, whenever I download Classicube v0991, it seems to be normal. However, when I extract the file, my security program scans it and claims the file is unsafe. However, I have downloaded the game before the CS switch, and it is fine. Anyway, is the file safe?

Of course, the anti-virus always detected as viruses that are unknown files, whether they are safe. If they were not safe, I would not be playing, hahaha.
