Just learn how to program C#. It's quite a simple language and you will not regret it in the future. Mod makers are bad anyway as you don't get the full satisfaction of programming like a real programmer would have. I personally despise all mod makers, and as UnknownShadow stated, it is really time-consuming to write such a program.

Both Classicube and ClassicalSharp are open-source. Why not just edit the files and create your own mod that way?
