Sorry for the inconvenience

Hello everyone,
since I've fell in love with this version in Minecraft, I wondered how could I host a server on my own. I've tried to do it on my laptop last day, but it was unsuccessful - my router's settings page does not show up, so I think I'll be unable to forward ports.
So, I decided to ask someone from YOU to help me.
I want to make a Esperanto-server. It wouldn't be big, since the Minecraft 1.12 server isn't big (max. 20 players). If the specifications of the server aren't good - no problem, it won't do any serious problems, I think.
And, I think I want the server to run FemtoCraft software - since it is minimalistic and simple, it is one I want to use. So, I want to ask you to host for me a server. I really want this thing to become a real thing, not just an idea. In addition, I won't ask to host for a long time - max. 6 months, because I will try to launch one server on my own later - but at the moment, I'm asking you to help me. In exchange, I can someway to help you.
By the way, if someone's unsure what Esperanto is, Wikipedia says:
"Esperanto (/ˌɛspəˈræntoʊ/ or /-ˈrɑː-/; in Esperanto: [espeˈranto] ) is a constructed international auxiliary language. It is the most widely spoken constructed language in the world."
more: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperanto .
Thank you for your attention.
I have spare resources to host a FemtoCraft server, contact me and I'll set it up.
