So i have downloaded the server launcher and stuff. But whenever I try clicking it to run, it keeps saying that I don't have permission to access it, and my security systen removes it. Can someone help me? My security system is Norton 360 btw

I'd say disable or uninstall Norton. I haven't been familiar with it lately, but i'll do some research.

Norton and Kaspersky also blocked me, I had to turn off the shield
