when i move the camera it jitters. i upped the sensitivity but it doesent work. any help?

Yes, I told you that Toshiba laptops have this issue. And I think we have the same. I don't know how to fix it though.

It's called low frames-per-second. And yeah, like alek said, Toshiba laptops just can't run CS very well. Turn down your settings and see if that helps.
