It's nigh impossible to block hacked clients that are trying to be stealthy, without writing your own heuristic behavior detection (or just adding in checks to make sure they're not doing things they shouldn't be able to)

This will block the common client people use to bypass hacks: https://github.com/UnknownShadow200/MCGalaxy-Plugins/blob/master/KickJini.cs
Of course, it won't stop people who modify their client to silently ignore -hax. (and don't change the client name shown in /clients)
