Sorry for the inconvenience

I port forwarded and when i turn on i still need to port forward while i still even port forwarded it. I'm using a huawei router for this one
When you run MCGalaxy and check this site, does it say the port is forwarded?
It's possible security software is also blocking it, particularly a firewall.
Also might want to check WAN ip of the router - it's not as common these days, but if it's not the same as your usual IP (and is something like 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.2.1), you might be behind both a router and a modem. In which case you have to port forward from the modem to the router too.
Too complicated
Well you can skip checking that other site or your router's WAN ip. Usually it's just your firewall stopping it.
I disabled firewall still port forward don't know the lan ip adress and wan port
Usually WAN ip is under a 'status' or a 'system' -> 'device information' tab.
