World of Minecraft and a couple other clients exist, but they are dead.

it is (as far as I'm aware) the only server listing service for classic that currently exists
and classicalsharp is the most popular client available currently available for the classic protocol.
The reason it's not more popular is because modern minecraft has more features and has actual gameplay.
