people are getting 1000 fps or 500 fps in classicube while i am just getting 60 fps and 59 fps someone help me

You most likely have VSync or 60 fps limit enabled. While this makes your fps lower, it shouldn't really matter because your monitor (most likely) cannot display more than that anyways. There is no point in playing with 500 or 1000 fps. You could change the limit to 120 if you want more fps by going to the pause menu, Options > Graphic Options and changing the FPS mode to Limit120FPS
