Suggested server software?

What is the suggested server software for running a dedicated server? It seems like they don't all get updated often except Mc galaxy which is Windows based. I need to be able to run a 24/7 server (I'll be buying hosting).

mcgalaxy runs fine on linux, in fact most mcgalaxy servers are hosted on linux

You have either MCGalaxy.exe with a GUI or MCGalaxyCLI.exe - both work with mono.

GemsCraft is fCraft based and is both GUI and CLI and works well on Mono.

There are so many resources for this game with no documentation. Like there's a custom models site somewhere? Really wish it as written down.
