If I am not supposed to break a block in a server because I don't have a high enough rank, I am still able to break it for a split second before it reappears. If I click fast enough with my mouse and move forward, I am able to walk through blocks and get to places I am not supposed to be in. I reckon this as a bug, so please try to fix it.

This is normal and not a bug. If the server staff wish, they can fully-disable clientside block placing and deleting by toggling "/map buildable" and "/map deletable"
Alternatively, if you are a "/os" map owner, you can personally do this in your map with "/os map buildable" and "/os map deletable"
