After just barely managing to get my server up and running yesterday, after looking at the server files today it shows that all the server files have been corrupted and MC Galaxy won't even start up anymore. Everyone's hard work is now just gone.
Why did this happen, and how can I prevent corruption from happening in the future? I can assure you that I definitely made sure to save the changes to the zip file before shutting down my computer.

Pretty sure you have to unzip the contents of the archive before launching and setting up the server. The issue is likely your own fault as i don't think the files would just get "corrupted" without any prompt.
