is there possible to make custom blocks in singleplayer, even with other programs?

Your best bet is to make a MCGalaxy server, then create the custom blocks you want, then click Save map in the client.
(Or alternatively join a server that lets you make your own maps using /os, then you can create custom blocks using /os lb instead of /gb)
You can then load the map in singleplayer which will have the custom blocks you made.

hey you get server custom block step 1 go to server with custom block step 2 press save to save the server 3 load your server world an bam you have it
