Help - How do I use Eddynetweb?

Well, when Birbwave came in the existence, I realized that the owner used "Eddynetweb" to make the server public or private. But I don't know how he did it.

But now, I want someone to tell me how to use it. Well, but without absurd crap jokes, I speak seriously. I have a private server but when I join the number, it says it's closed, but it's really working, HELP PLEASE

You just ask/request a server, they give it to you, and you rename it and control it.
