How to get custom texture blocks?

I have created a server but the problem is that i can't create a new block that has new textures pls help me. sry but i messed up with the title it s suppose to be how do I get custom texture blocks ;-;

If you're on MCGalaxy, take a look at /globalblock (/gb).

i did that but i can't get new textures

You need to apply a texture pack that has new textures. /help texture

An example of a valid texture pack file is in your texpack folder, called default.zip.
