We have been looking at the information provided. However, we do not have the knowledge to create have a server hosted. We would like to get some guidance.
The hosting party must be reliable and preferably have other ClassiCube installations running. Upgrade and maintenance must also be part of the package.
ClassiCube must run in the browser.
Please let us know if you have any input.

You don't. There's no server software specifically designed to run in the browser.
